Watch the training in action below — then discover the 2-day method that locks in faster turns, explosive push-offs, and race-winning breakouts permanently.
Most summer league swimmers are working hard — but bleeding precious time at every single wall.
The result? Your swimmer leaves valuable time in the water at every wall, every race, every single meet. Over a full summer season, that adds up to minutes of lost time — and finishes that don't reflect how hard they've been working.
Full commitment. Maximum power. Every wall working for your swimmer instead of against them.
In just one weekend, your swimmer gets the focused technical coaching that transforms hesitant turns into explosive advantages — the kind that coaches notice and opponents feel.
That's exactly what FlipFast was designed to do — and nothing else.
We didn't build a general swim program. We built a surgical 2-day intensive that focuses 100% on the highest-impact technical skill in competitive swimming: wall mechanics.
No filler. No generic drills. Every minute engineered to build faster walls.
We start with the foundation — distance control into the wall. Your swimmer will learn to read the approaching wall, regulate their stroke count, and execute a fast, controlled flip from the correct distance — eliminating the dead zone that bleeds seconds off every race. Drills are repeated until they're automatic.
Day 2 is where races are actually won. We drill explosive push-off mechanics — angle, depth, and force for maximum velocity off the wall. Then we lock in the streamline and breakout: tight bodyline, dolphin kick timing, and the precise moment to surface that keeps momentum alive into the next lap.
When your swimmer steps on deck at FlipFast, they're coached by someone who has lived every stroke, every wall, and every championship race they're preparing for.
"I know exactly where your swimmer is losing time — because I spent years losing it the same way. FlipFast exists to give every young swimmer the focused wall coaching I wish I'd had at 10 years old."
Faith Hunter is a 10-year competitive swimmer who has raced at the highest level of Gwinnett County summer swimming — earning a Varsity spot at the County Championship all four years at Brookwood High School while competing year-round with Swim Atlanta, one of the nation's premier club programs.
Faith didn't just swim fast — she studied why swimmers go fast. Wall mechanics, breakout timing, push-off power: the technical skills that separate competitive finishes from the middle of the heat. That expertise is the entire curriculum of FlipFast.
Faith built FlipFast because she knows firsthand how much time summer league swimmers leave at the wall — and how few programs ever take the time to fix it. Every drill, every correction, every session is designed around the exact technical gaps she has spent a decade learning to close.
Every single thing your swimmer receives when they register today:
Full-day coached session. Distance control, flip mechanics, and approach timing drilled until automatic. Max 16 swimmers for real feedback.
Full-day session on explosive push-offs, streamline mastery, and the breakout sequence — the secret lap where races are decided.
Pre-meet refresher timed to Gwinnett County Championships. Fresh muscle memory right before the biggest meet of the season.
Your swimmer meets local HS and collegiate athletes who share training insights, mental prep strategies, and race experience.
If your swimmer attends both days and does not leave with measurably improved wall technique, contact us and we will make it right. Our coaches are certified, our curriculum is proven, and our sessions are capped at 16 swimmers specifically so every child gets the individual attention they need to actually improve.
⚠ Only 6 neighborhoods. 40+ teams. 1 spot per area. Sessions capped at 16 swimmers. Registration closes when spots are gone.
You've watched the wall cost your swimmer time all season. One weekend changes that — permanently.
